The Running Order of the pedals can have a big effect on your final sound, go ahead and experiment by all means but as a general guide here's what we consider to be a logical order:
Tuner
Filters - Envelope, Autowah, Wah
Compression
Overdrive, Distortion
Volume
Modulation - Flanger, Phaser, Chorus, Tremelo
Reverb, Delay
